Spencer Slane

Spencer Slane, is a passionate Quality Engineering Supervisor at Textron Aviation in Wichita, KS. With 4 years of experience in Aviation, she thrives on learning new things and staying curious. The ever-evolving nature of her field inspires her to keep pushing her boundaries and expand her knowledge.

In 2020, she graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and recently received her Masters in Engineering Management from Wichita State University. She has been involved in the Republican Party for many years starting as a volunteer going door to door distributing signs and attending parades. In 2016, she had the pleasure of working as Mike Pompeo’s Campaign Director organizing interns and volunteers to engage with hundreds of voters.

Outside of work, you can find her golfing, going to the park with her dogs, or attending a concert with her fiancé Colin. She loves spending time with family and listening to music.
