Lynn Ballinger Mowrey

Lynn is currently serving as a District, State Delegate and Treasurer of the 3rd Congressional District.

She started her political involvement in 2000 as the SW Kansas Dir. of Concerned Women for America. From there she worked on numerous campaigns at the local, state, and national levels, starting in 2006 to present.  In the last two campaigns cycles, Lynn worked for the Kobach for Governor campaign as SW Kansas Field Director and most recently as Campaign Scheduler for his US Senate Campaign.

She worked on the US Congressional campaign for Tim Huelskamp in 2009 and then served as both Constituent Services Rep and then Deputy District Director for Congressman Huelskamp from 2010 to 2014.  She is a graduate of the 2013 Kansas Eisenhower Women’s Excellence in Public Service Series, served as the Finney County GOP Chairwoman for 6 years, Vice Chair in Riley Co for 4 years and the last 2 years as the Miami County Vice Chair.  

She has been a Precinct Chairperson & Delegate to 1st & 3rd Kansas Congressional Districts and the State GOP Delegate from 2008 to present.  She was chosen as an Alternate Delegate to the Republican National Conventions in Tampa, FL & Cleveland, OH and voted as a 3rd Congr Dist. Delegate to the 2020 Republican Natl. Convention.
